I had a phone interview. They asked basic questions about how to handle situations and anything that shows leadership. They want you to use the STAR method and relate your answers to the position. Try to make it a conversation, they like some back and forth. Ask a lot of questions about the position to get a feel for what you'd be doing. You should be good with excel.

Achei interessante, inicialmente foi uma entrevista para realmente conhecer o candidato acompanhado do supervisor e de uma analista de RH, staff super simpático e receptivo realmente interessados em conhecer o potencial membro da equipe. Depois houve a elaboração de uma apresentação com temáticas que a empresa trabalha, foi muito proveitoso. Após isso foram entrevistas com pessoas de cargo maiores da empresa, e novamente fui super bem tratado e inclusive uma das etapas mais divertidas e empolgantes do processo, com algumas perguntas de temas gerais.
