It was a 4 stage interview. The first was a recruiter vetting call, about 20 minutes long. The second stage was a face-to-face with the recruiting manager, a relaxed chat about your experience and education. Then, a face-to-face with the managing director, which was more challenging and probing. This included a role-play where you had to cold call the MD about recruitment opportunities. The final stage, if you were considered, was meeting the team casually at a pub or bar. If the team liked you, you'd get an offer.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was professional, well organized, and objective. They had a good understanding of business needs and the preparation was sufficient. It was business-oriented with timely updates and quick responses. They were customer-focused and had a good level of knowledge. They were familiar with the overall process and provided prompt responses. I am awaiting feedback following the interviews.

The interview process was a bit unusual. I was initially interviewed by someone, and then they wanted me to meet with a second interviewer who was supposed to be there but wasn't. They asked me to leave and come back in 30 minutes. When I returned a little past the half-hour mark, the second interviewer seemed annoyed, implying I was late for the agreed-upon time, even though she also wasn't on time for the original interview. She seemed upset about my slight delay in returning, despite the fact that the original meeting time was met and the return time was mentioned quite casually. The reason they gave for not offering me the job was vague and didn't make much sense. I even had to follow up to find out if I got the job, which was also poorly handled. I don't know what it's like to work there, but if this is how they operate, I'm glad I didn't get the job. Wouldn't recommend.

It was a thorough, challenging, and enjoyable interview process. Honestly, it was nerve-wracking because I really wanted the job. The managers were professional yet personable, which was great. They clearly invest in their team members, so they want to ensure you understand the role and possess a good work ethic. The process has three stages, which felt like the right amount of time.
