First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vendr.
Senior Technical Recruiter
A recruiter from their team reached out to me. In the end it wasn't a fit due to location but I enjoyed the experience. Seems like a great company to work for.
- Can you describe your background and experience?
- What are your professional aspirations?
- What are your core values?
Recruiter
The interview process was really thorough but also moved along quickly. I got to chat with people on the team and also with some business stakeholders. They kept me in the loop with updates and feedback. It gave me a good feel for the company culture and if I'd be a good fit. You could tell these folks enjoyed their jobs!
- What makes you interested in Vendr?
- Can you give me a rundown of your experience?
- Tell me about your ability to succeed when things are constantly changing.
Recruiting Coordinator
Super fast interview process - they're upfront in asking if you have any timelines you're working with for other interviews etc., and I had my interviews completed/offer in hand within 5 days. I had my first call with the recruiter on Monday, met with about 3 members of the team on Tuesday, asked to meet a couple more folks on the team on Wednesday, offer received on Thursday, signed on Friday. Super easy interview process, very high touch which was nice. Easy to connect with the recruiting team as I went through with questions so I wasn't left hanging.
- How do you stay organized?
- Can you give an example of how you embody our values?
- What are your career aspirations for your next role?
