The first stage was a recruiter interview where I had to complete a pre-interview form that basically just asked for information already on my CV. I have tons of experience with their required tech stack and it seemed like a good fit. The recruiter said they'd get back to me in a day or two after chatting with the hiring manager and specifically mentioned no long waits. Nearly two weeks later, and after I sent one follow-up email that was ignored, I got a LinkedIn message from the company saying I didn't move forward. I thought it was really unprofessional how they didn't keep their word and just ignored my follow-up. My advice is to avoid interviewing here if you don't want to waste your time.

I applied online and then a few days later I had a phone screen with the recruiter. They were really nice and answered all my questions. I found out they have a 1K signing bonus and you can make up to 55K in your first year if you work really hard. After that call, I was invited for an in-person interview in Chicago. They didn't help with travel costs, and I had to find the office myself on a top floor of the Merchandise Mart. Someone let HR know I was there, and after a bit, the recruiter gave me a quick tour. Then, I met with a team lead and a sales manager for about 30-45 minutes. The questions were pretty standard, focusing more on my past work and education than sales. After that, a sales executive was supposed to show me the job in action, but we just talked for about 15 minutes. He gave some good advice for starting a sales career. They said I'd hear back in a couple weeks, but it's been much longer and I haven't heard anything. I took another job offer, but it would have been nice to get a rejection email, especially since I paid for my own travel. The experience was okay, but the lack of follow-up made it negative.

I applied online, and then had a phone interview with HR where we talked about my qualifications and went over my resume. After that, I met face-to-face with a director and a manager. We discussed my resume and I answered some fundamental questions. The atmosphere was really friendly, and the office felt pretty casual.
