Behavioral Technical

Applied online and a recruiter reached out pretty quickly. We then had a phone chat for about 30 minutes. It was pretty chill, mostly about my resume and how my experience fits the job. After that, I had an in-person interview. It was a bit more involved. They gave me a quick tour, then I shadowed a current Sales Associate for about half an hour. After that, I met with two different sales managers, each for about an hour. A lot of behavioral questions, but nothing out of the ordinary, pretty standard stuff. Everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome. Got a call with an offer a few days later.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Other

This was one of the more involved interview processes I've gone through for a sales role right after college. It started with the usual 15-20 minute phone screen to go over my resume. Then, I was asked to do a sales role-play over the phone, where I had to pitch a cell phone plan to a sales manager who acted as a mom. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview at their offices. During the in-office interview, I met with two sales directors. One was like the 'good cop' and the other like the 'bad cop', but both shared great insights into their careers and gave me an overview of the company. One of them asked me some really tough questions I hadn't encountered before, which definitely caught me off guard and made me unsure about how I performed. The second director was very conversational and funny, but also intense. I appreciated interviewing with directors rather than a sales associate or an executive/manager like at most places; it gave me a good sense of what management is like and made me feel like a priority. I left with a very positive impression of the company and a lot of respect for both directors. The recruiter called with an offer about a week later, and I accepted.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

After applying, a recruiter called and we scheduled an initial phone screen, which was a 30-minute chat about my resume and why I applied. Then, I did a mock sales pitch, followed by an in-office interview where I shadowed a salesperson and then met with three interviewers. They asked tough questions, but they were great people. The interview included many behavioral and situational questions, so I made sure to prepare for those. Finally, a recruiter called to discuss the interviews and extend an offer.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Tell me about your greatest weakness.
  • Describe a situation where you demonstrated perseverance.
