This interview was part of a campus recruitment drive at my college, NIT Rourkela. The process was pretty straightforward. First, there was an aptitude test, which most students (25 out of 30) passed. Then came the interview, which I found quite easy. They started with some fundamental electrical questions about transformers and machines. After about 2-3 technical questions, the interview mostly shifted to HR-related topics.

First round was a 35-aptitude question test in 45 minutes, from RS Aggarwal, easy ones, cut off 21. Also had 2 DI sets, calculation was tough due to close options. And 1 LR paragraph. Second round was GD on current topics like industry growth and education. Third round was PI, mostly HR.

First, there was an aptitude test in the morning, and based on those scores, we had a screening. Then, we had a group discussion round where screening was done based on the points brought up. The last round was a personal interview with a panel of 4 people, including an HR representative. They asked a lot of technical questions related to my background in electrical and electronics engineering, focusing on Power System Analysis, Transformers, and Transformer oils. The HR person also asked if I'd be open to a remote job location and if I planned to stay with the company long-term. The interview finished in 20 minutes, and the results came out after 15 days.
