It started with a recruiter call asking general behavioral questions and about the role. Then I had a round with the hiring manager. Both rounds were pretty quick, just a few days apart, and I got the offer the same week.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and about a week after they saw my application, I got a Zoom interview with a VP. It was a pretty standard interview, actually friendly, and I thought it went really well. After that, I had to do a two-hour writing test, which wasn't too hard, just summarizing some news articles. But then, just like I've seen in other reviews, I got totally ghosted. I even sent a follow-up email to the interviewer about my status, and never heard back. That's really unusual for me. It takes like 10 seconds to just let candidates know you're moving on. It's the decent thing to do.

Technical Other

The interview process was pretty standard. I did two video interviews that I think went fine. Then, I did a test assignment for the job, taking about 3 hours of my own time to do the research. After that, I never heard back from Vcheck again. I get that rejection is part of the job search, but not getting any response after doing a test assignment is really unprofessional.

Coding

First, there was a written test where you were given three DSA problems, easy, medium, and hard. You had to solve these problems on paper and pen, which made it quite difficult. This round was very tough. In my batch, out of 70-80 students, only 11 passed this round; the rest were rejected. I was also among those rejected. Overall, the company is great, so give your best.
