The interview process was super simple and easy. I had two in-person interviews and then did a couple hours of shadowing. The first interview was with the office manager and she was really great!

Because of Covid it was a phone interview- the head of Corporate HR called to explain duties and discuss my experience, why I wanted the position, how I would respond to various situations etc. It was a typical first interview except that she couldn’t answer any questions specific to the location.

It was pretty straightforward. I went in and met the Office Manager. She asked me typical interview questions and then tested my receptionist abilities. She had me make a reminder call for an appointment, create a new patient chart, and check someone in for their appointment. I didn't meet with the hospital manager, so I think the Office Manager made all the decisions. One piece of advice: engage with the clients when you're waiting for the interview. They pay more attention to that than anything else.
