Submitted my resume and was asked to create a presentation about an influencer partnership strategy project. This was followed by an interview with two HR members, and then a final interview with a senior VP in strategy. I received an offer just two hours after the last interview. The whole process was very fast and made me really excited about the company.

I got an email with a prompt and I had 3 days to put together a presentation based on it. Then there was a 15 minute phone call with HR where they asked standard questions. After that, there were two 15 minute video interviews with people on the strategy team. The interview itself was easy, but HR never got back to me after I reached out multiple times to know if I got an offer.

Even though they weren't actively hiring, they still put me through three rounds of interviews and gave me a homework assignment, only to ghost me afterwards. It was pretty disappointing, honestly. I wish they'd be more serious about interviewing candidates when they're actually looking to fill a role.
