The interview process was quick, smooth, and felt comfortable. It started with 2 phone calls, then moved to 2 Zoom interviews with the creative leads. The interviewers were great people, very personable, and they made sure to spend time getting to know me and see if the job was a good match for my current skill level.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It started with a screening interview where the Hiring Manager checked if you have the communication skills and experience for the role. They asked basic social media questions. The next interview was with a team member, focusing more on your work experience, technical skills, and why you're a good fit. The final interview was similar to the second, but you needed to bring your best. This was the last chance to see if you'd get hired. It was likely a creative interview, asking how you'd improve GaryVee's content. Be ready, creative, positive, and authentic to get ahead.

Behavioral Presentation

So there were 2 phone interviews and then 3 in-person rounds, each with different groups. The whole thing took about four weeks, starting with the phone calls. It seemed like the questions were pretty consistent across the different groups, even though they all had different areas of expertise. They hired someone the day after my last interview, so I guess they had a few candidates going strong until the very end.
