It's a good and very easy process to crack the interview. The person who interviewed me asked if there were any openings in my stream of 8 years of experience.

I found an ad on CL Houston for a Customer Service Rep with a 50k annual salary, which was not true. The receptionist contacted me and asked me to come in. She was vague about the company and I had to ask her to repeat the name. I researched them and found negative things about their process but went anyway because of the salary mentioned in the ad. When I arrived, about 15 people were filling out applications. We were all called into a big conference room, and about 40 of us ended up there. Four managers introduced themselves and their roles. One manager told his life story, unrelated to the interview. Another talked about the company and what they do. Someone else discussed their marketing. Then, they talked about pay, which isn't a salary. They pay you per policy weekly, keep 25% for 6 months, then give it back. At this point, I started to leave, and others did too. It felt like a waste of time, not a real interview but a sales conference.

So first you have a phone interview, then you come in person to talk about the company and office culture, the job, your career path, and pay, etc. They even go over challenges with you. If it seems like a good fit, then there's a second phone interview, followed by a one on one in person meeting.

I was led to believe this was a one-on-one interview, and they kept confirming with emails and texts. But then, when the HOUR LONG WEBINAR started, I texted them about my frustration but got no reply. You can tell the fake 5-star reviews because they're all generic, unlike the detailed negative ones with specific examples. The owner wore a pink suit during the webinar.

  • No questions were asked during the hour-long webinar, which I left after 5 minutes.
