Customer Service Representative
So I had a phone screen first, then I went in for an in-person interview. I met with two managers, and they asked me the same questions. They mentioned I'd hear back if they decided to move me forward to a final interview. It's been about a month now and I haven't heard anything. Honestly, I think it's pretty rude to not even get a rejection email after coming in for an interview.
- Can you share an instance where you had to handle a challenging customer?
Customer Experience Specialist
I had about three rounds of interviews. First, a phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes, then I was invited in person. I met with two department supervisors and it was pretty in depth. They went off a two-paged question sheet and it lasted about 30 minutes. I got offered the final interview with a senior manager and it was fairly quick, they just wanted to get to know me and why I want to work there.
- How would you handle correcting a coworker?
- What does being a team player mean to you?
- Tell me about a time you resolved an angry customer's problem.
Customer Service Representative
It was a phone call and then an office visit. The phone call was about 20 minutes and covered my background and experience. They asked why I'm applying and if I'm still at my current job. We scheduled my interview for the following week. At the office, there were general questions and a tour of the office. I spent about an hour at the office interview.
- Tell me about your weaknesses.
