Software Engineer
I applied online and then a recruiter called me for a quick screen. The hiring manager scheduled an interview for the next day. It was pretty straightforward with some 'tell me about a time when X' questions and some stuff about my resume. No live coding, but they did ask some simple technical questions. I got an offer pretty soon after.

Software Engineer
It was pretty straightforward. First, an HR sanity-check call, then a hiring manager call, and finally, a panel interview with some engineers and leadership. The whole thing took about a month from applying to the offer. My initial recruiter got laid off mid-process, which messed up the logistics a bit for everyone. The initial recruiter said my salary expectations were easily met by the company, which kind of tricked me into finishing the interviews. But when the offer came, it was about 30k less than I asked for with no room to negotiate, so I turned it down.

Software Developer
It was a 4-round process. The first round was online, and the subsequent three were offline. There was an aptitude test, followed by a technical test. Finally, there was an interview and an HR interview. After that, you're done. The online interview was conducted in slots and groups. Basic questions about the candidate were asked.
