Lifecycle Marketing Manager
First there was a recruiter screen, then I spoke with the hiring manager, and after that, I met with three team members. Finally, I had to give a presentation. They said the interviews were very well structured and each covered specific topics. It all took about a month to get an offer.
- Describe a lifecycle program you've built
Marketing Manager
The interview process was good, and they kept me in the loop. It started with a call with the recruiter, then a chat with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview with four people I'd be working with, focusing on culture and values. The last part was a presentation to three people, including the hiring manager, based on a task they assigned.
- Can you share an instance where you had to make a swift decision and take immediate action?
- Describe a situation where you assisted a colleague with a challenge and the steps you took to resolve it.
Marketing Manager
I had a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview, but it got rescheduled a few times with no-shows because of internal miscommunication. After that, they tried to schedule all the team members and a panel presentation. I was just waiting for a culture interview to be scheduled since the person was unavailable that week. After the panel presentation, I followed up with the hiring manager about a question, and the next week they responded, but didn't answer my question, just thanked me for my time and wished me good luck. The recruiter also didn't get back to me about benefits from the start. It felt like a pretty chaotic startup internally.
- For the presentation, what would be a use case for a launch campaign given a specific budget and audience?
