The interview process involved four distinct calls: a recruiter screening, a hiring manager interview, a presentation, and finally a director interview. The hiring manager and recruiter were keen to speed things up because of high feedback and kept me in the loop. But, after my final interview, they completely ghosted me without any explanation, even though they said I'd hear back right away. I'm super disappointed with the whole thing, and honestly, the presentation they asked for felt like a huge waste of my time considering the effort involved.

So I was contacted by a recruiter about an AE position. They scheduled me for an interview at 6am and then ghosted me. So, it was like, the second time was the charm, right? Scheduled again for 6am the next day, and... ghosted again. On the third try, I finally connected with the recruiter, but honestly, she didn't seem thrilled to be there, even though they reached out to me.

I had a great interview experience with Vanta. Starting with my first call with the recruiter, and then going through conversations with different team members, the whole process was really professional, structured, and engaging. The interviews were thorough but not at all intimidating, with thoughtful questions that felt more like genuine discussions than tough interrogations. Everyone I spoke with was really welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in learning about me and my background. All in all, it was a really positive and candidate-friendly experience!
