Store Manager
The selection process was great and I felt very comfortable. They asked me questions about my professional experience and also about my daily life and outlook.
- What are your future professional goals?
Store Manager
The interview process involved the recruiter or District Manager, possibly a peer Store Manager, and then likely another District Manager and the Regional Manager. It wrapped up in under two weeks and was a straightforward, typical process for a Store Manager role.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
Store Manager
It was a pretty chill interview process. I had around 5 or 6 interviews. I met with some other Store Managers and the District Manager. They were initially looking at me for an Assistant Store Manager role, but then decided to consider me for the Store Manager position instead. Overall, it was a really good experience and they were very clear about everything throughout.
- Can you share some experiences from your background and give me some examples?
