The interview process wasn't too long, lasting about 20-30 minutes. It involved discussions about your performance and impact as a sales lead. The questions weren't overly difficult, but it was definitely nerve-wracking being interviewed by a District Manager. Be elaborate and confident in your answers, especially if you're a seasoned employee at Vans or another store.

It was during covid so it was a phone interview. They said they’d usually take candidates in for a trial shift too but obviously couldn’t in that situation. Was just a very friendly chat with the manager and assistant manager: they asked questions about my experience with customer service mostly, why I liked the brand, but were incredibly friendly.
