- ¿Cuál es tu nivel de inglés?
- ¿Tienes experiencia previa?
Sales Associate
It was alright, very casual, and comprehensive and they told you the responsibility, it was weird getting interviewed outside of the store in front of the Sprouts nearby. Overall a very good experience.
- Can you share a time when you dealt with a difficult customer?
Sales Associate
Part of the application process is a video interview before you speak directly to a hiring manager. I've gone through this a lot as a returning seasonal, and while it seems scary, it's really not that difficult. They usually ask about teamwork and how you'd handle tough situations like making a mistake or dealing with difficult customers. They also ask about your personality and why you like the brand, so be ready for questions that aren't about experience.
- What's your strategy when a customer wants to talk to the manager because of a problem you're already working on?
