Technical Behavioral

First, there was an online assessment on Hackerrank. After that, a recruiter screened me. Then, I had a super day that included both a technical and a behavioral interview. Depending on the role, the technical part could be whiteboarding a problem or a case study. The recruiter screening and behavioral parts had common questions.

Technical Behavioral Group

The interview process involved one Phone Interview, followed by a Super Day that was 3 hours long. The Super Day included 1 technical interview, 1 behavioral interview, and 1 group interview. After that, it was an Accept or Rejected decision. It was a very smooth process and I enjoyed it, although the Super Day was a bit long.

Behavioral Group

It started with a quick 10-minute HR phone screen asking about my resume and career aspirations. Then, I scheduled a 45-minute phone interview with more behavioral questions and a Q&A about the internship; the recruiter wasn't very helpful with technical queries. The next step was an all-day onsite interview with about 15 other applicants. We began with a 20-minute networking breakfast, followed by a company and internship program overview. Then, a networking lunch with new hires and past interns. After lunch, two back-to-back IT manager interviews, each with behavioral questions and a discussion about desired IT areas. Finally, we were divided into two groups for a 'Team-Building Activity' to assess leadership and teamwork, which concluded the day. I got an offer call about a week later.
