So I applied online and then had a phone screen, then an in-person interview with the team, and then another in-person interview with the person I would be supporting. I thought it was a really good process at first, like they asked good questions and everyone was engaging. But then things got weird at the offer stage. I applied in August and interviewed before September. Then I got a rejection saying they went with other people. That was fine, but then like two months later, they called me and offered me the job! They said they had trouble finding people. Then I asked for time to think about it, and they wanted me to call back the next day. I did, and I asked about salary and start date because I had another offer. Then, like 48 hours later, they just rescinded the offer for no reason and didn't give me the info I asked for. They need to fix their offer process and be clearer about pay and stuff. Also, don't say you couldn't find anyone, it sounds bad.

I applied in June 2015. After a delay, I received a call asking about my experience in the medical field/a specific department. A couple of weeks later, a different department contacted me and sent a questionnaire. I then had a phone panel interview which went well. After several days with no word, I assumed they weren't interested and we relocated within town. Five days post-move, they contacted me for what I thought were final in-person interviews. I informed them about relocation costs during this call. They offered me the job, but I had to decline due to insufficient relocation compensation, despite their efforts. I was very disappointed as they seemed like a great team.

I've been to the final round twice. Each department handles it differently. The first time, Round 1 was a phone screening with a recruiter. Round 2 was an in-person interview with the department's administrative staff. Round 3 involved Zoom calls with four directors, and Round 4 was an in-person interview with those same four directors. The second time around, Round 1 was a phone interview with the department director. Round 2 was an in-person interview with two managers and two admin staff.
