& Process

I went through three interview stages. First, I spoke with the recruiter on the phone. Then, I joined my potential team and shadowed someone. The final interview was with two of the hiring managers, and I got the job offer right after.

I was recruited from my college campus and first invited to a company tour. A few days after the tour, I got a call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was easy and only took about 15-20 minutes. At the end of the call, I was asked to come in for an office interview. This interview lasted about 30 minutes and was with HR. Right after that, I got to listen in on some calls made by Account Reps and then had to complete a personality test that took about 45 minutes. A week or so later, I was called in for a final interview with a panel of 3 people (a "pod" leader and two "team" leaders). They asked me questions, then left to decide. The "pod" leader came back and offered me the job. It was a pretty basic process, and the questions weren't unexpected.

I had a phone interview with the team leader first. Then an in-person interview with the team leader and my pod manager. They asked some basic questions and gave me a tour. It was pretty easy. I also had to do a personality test, background check, and drug test. They didn't tell me I got the job though. I had to call them a week later to ask about the results, and then they offered me the position.
