First you will be contacted by the HR. Depending on your profile, they way you look and speak you will be judged. They like people that fit in their boxes. Be prepared to be treated like one! If you are lucky enough, you will have an interview with the manager. Keep in mind they will always have lots of candidates, they will always choose one with more experience. If you want a first experience in a great luxury company, choose another one :)
