They will give you an assessment test to gauge your skills, followed by an interview. If you pass the assessment, the interview is more of a company introduction, and you'll be placed in an LOB (Line of Business) based on your assessment results or where they need help with a client project. It's generally an easy process; for instance, I had no coding experience, and even though half the questions were coding-related, I did well on the exam and was placed on a project immediately.

The process started with an online test, then a group discussion on general topics. After that, there was a technical interview covering Java concepts, DBMS, and web technologies. This was followed by a managerial interview focusing on situation handling, personality, Java concepts, and databases. Finally, there was an HR round to evaluate attitude, communication skills, and ability to handle pressure. The process was straightforward, questions were high-level, and the interviewers were friendly, ensuring the candidate felt comfortable.
