I had one interview with an MD and then a second interview with 2 VPs. It wasn't a tough technical interview, it was super conversational and they didn't really have a rigid structure. If you know your stuff for the level you're applying for and can hold a conversation, you'll be fine.

Behavioral

The interview process isn't very structured. You first meet with 2-3 partners. If they like you, you then meet the CEO, who makes the final decision. However, sometimes the partners make the call. They tend to hire fresh graduates or individuals from bulge bracket firms. People from Big 4 are not as common here.

The interview process involves questions about fundamental company analysis, such as CAPM, DCF, and DDM. These are pretty basic questions that someone with a finance degree should know. You'll pick up the rest on the job. Some of the partners acted a bit arrogant.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you explain the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM)?
