Had an interview with an agency, and they were going to pass it to the company, but I got no response from either interviewer. Had a casual chat with some random questions, like the risk level of the company I worked for.

It was a long process with interviews with HR, team members, and the area manager. There were English tests (if it's a requirement), both theoretical and via video call. Also, culture, reasoning, and logic tests. The whole process took about a month.

Unprofessional might be an understatement. Declining straight of without providing adequate reasoning just doesn’t serve the purpose. Truly believe that education & experience does count, provided employers take the same into consideration rather employing any candidate of low calibre just to cut on money

It was great, I was evaluated in a way I never imagined and I think it gave me an advantage to get in. For example, the lady who interviewed me asked if I knew how to make a pivot table in Excel and I said no, she explained how to do it and asked if I wanted to try. On the first try, I managed to do it and was congratulated for my effort, unlike other people who went through the interview and lied saying they knew how to do it when they didn't. But it was God who helped me do it, if it weren't for Him, I don't think I would have succeeded.
