It was a very impersonal and competitive interview process. Sixteen of us were interviewed simultaneously, though for different roles. Many candidates seemed overwhelmed. There was a team activity where everyone's interaction with others was evaluated. Some people tried to dominate, while others didn't get a chance to contribute.
