So first you start with this micro screening thing, where you're with a bunch of other people interviewing for different jobs and you do some kind of activity while they watch. After that, if they like you, someone will ask you to come to their clinic for an interview. Then you go to the clinic and interview with a few people from the team there. You might have another interview after that, just you and the direct supervisor. Finally, HR will call and offer you the job.
