I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, and then a face to face interview with the branch manager. They gave me an offer the next day. The phone interview was pretty easy. The recruiter asked about my availability for the face to face interview.

I got an interview a month after I applied. I spoke with the district manager, and she liked my answers. Then, I met the HR Rep. Based on my background, she offered me a different job that she thought I'd be a better fit for, since I originally applied to be a teller. I was offered the job right then, with more money than the original position advertised.
