I mentioned I'd need visa sponsorship when I applied online. Then, I got an interview invite. I prepped a lot. But on the call, they asked if I was an international student and needed sponsorship. I said yes. They then told me they don't sponsor, and the interview was over. Since I told them I needed sponsorship from the start, why did they even schedule an interview? Total waste of my time!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty annoying. They kept asking for a lot of my ideas and input, but they couldn't seem to decide on this job that's been open forever. They take forever to move things along and might even say they'll give you an offer and then ghost you. Just a heads-up about the delays and how they can't make up their minds.

Behavioral Technical Coding

This was one of the worst interview processes ever. It started with a phone interview with a recruiter, who promised to set up a technical interview with a team member. However, I heard nothing for over a month. After the technical interview, I was given a take-home assessment that was very challenging and barely feasible within the 48-hour deadline. The recruiter was silent again for another month. The final round was supposed to be in-person. The recruiter asked for my availability but didn't schedule anything for a week. When I followed up, they mentioned they had postponed the interview dates. I sent several emails to the recruiter inquiring about the interview format and process, but none received a response. It's been over a month since the final round, and I still haven't gotten a reply to my follow-up emails. It was a poorly managed and terrible experience; I'd advise saving your time and looking elsewhere.
