I went through 3 interviews for this role and felt they went well. However, I didn't get any follow-up after my second interview. I had to reach out several times just to get an update on my application status. It was really disappointing to go through that many interviews and then be left hanging without any news or a decision. I even made an effort to do my third interview while I was on vacation overseas, showing how invested I was in the opportunity. I hope they found someone for the position, but I believe good communication is really important.

It felt like a relaxed conversation, the team was easy to talk to and the conversation flowed. It was a lot like going on a well-researched date where you both want to make sure you're the right fit for the company culture and vision.

First I had a phone screen, then I was immediately scheduled for a second interview with the hiring manager. After the hiring manager, I was told I had to complete a ride along to get a feel for the position. I scheduled my ride along and provided them with unpaid labor of about 6 hours and have yet to hear anything back positive or negative.
