The interview process felt disorganized and way too long for this job. For a company that's been around, I thought it would be more put together. They seem to want a startup vibe, but I've worked in plenty of startups and this felt more like a company that's having trouble staying organized.

I went through 3 interviews for this role and felt they went well. However, I didn't get any follow-up after my second interview. I had to reach out several times just to get an update on my application status. It was really disappointing to go through that many interviews and then be left hanging without any news or a decision. I even made an effort to do my third interview while I was on vacation overseas, showing how invested I was in the opportunity. I hope they found someone for the position, but I believe good communication is really important.

The interview process was smooth and efficient. My main point of contact, Stephanie, provided real-time updates on what to expect next. I appreciated the interview setup, which included meeting several leaders through phone and video calls. Antonio and Henry particularly impressed me with their deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle. It was clear they are actively involved and genuinely focused on implementing process improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness. Jim was very transparent about his management approach, his role and duties, and gave me useful feedback on past successes and setbacks in the Southeast region.
