It was a full day onsite interview. First, there were some general questions from HR and the manager. Then, I had one-on-one discussions about my experience with people in the department. I also interviewed with the plant manager and the department head. We had lunch, took a tour, and HR went over the benefits. I heard back a few weeks later with an offer after they had interviewed other candidates. The whole experience was very friendly and comfortable. The pre-employment process was thorough, including a background check, drug test, and work history verification.
