The first round is divided into 5 parts. The first part is simple aptitude like clocks, trains, work done, and LED blinks. The second part has puzzles, like using a sandclock to tell time or figuring out a pin for a lock with given assumptions. The third part is a very simple C program. The fourth part is also a C program, but based on a flowchart. The fifth part covers embedded basics, like the difference between a microprocessor and microcontroller, a program to blink an LED with a 5-second delay, and the difference between timers and counters. Still waiting for the results of this first round.

The campus placement process was pretty straightforward, helping both the company and us grads find good fits. It kicked off with a pre-placement talk from the company. Then, there was an assessment to check our skills and problem-solving chops. After that, if you passed the assessment, you moved on to a technical interview. Nail the technical interview, and you'd get to the HR interview, which was all about seeing if you could communicate well, fit in with the company vibe, and were motivated enough for the job.

So the interview process starts with a written aptitude test and some general mechanical questions. Then the second round is completely technical questions with a one-on-one session at the end. Lastly, there's an HR round. If you clear the second round, there's about a 70 percent chance of getting selected. If you don't make it through the second round, they sometimes offer an internship.
