Behavioral Technical Coding System Design Presentation

The interview started with an intro where they asked about my professional journey and what made me apply. Then came technical questions, asking about a challenging project I did and how I solved it, and for an example of a creative technical solution. Following that were competency questions about collaborating in a multidisciplinary team and how I stay updated with new tech. Behavioral questions came next, asking about handling team conflicts and making tough decisions with limited info. Finally, they checked for cultural fit by asking about my values aligning with Valeo's mission and how I handle rapid changes, and then opened it up for my questions.
