Behavioral Presentation

First, there was an introduction to the company. Then, they asked me some questions. After that, I had to talk about myself and explain why I'm interested in working for Valentino in Berlin. We also discussed my strengths and weaknesses. Finally, I had the chance to ask my own questions about the role and the company. Then we wrapped up.

Behavioral

Went through several interview stages. The management seemed nice, but the role was suddenly canceled at the last minute because it was no longer needed. This made me feel like they were a bit disorganized and wasted my time.

Behavioral Technical

I was first reached out to by phone for a quick chat. Then I went through two interviews, one with the HR manager and another with the assistant store manager. It was pretty straightforward, they asked the usual interview questions. I turned down the offer because the boutique was too far and the pay wasn't what I was hoping for. But the whole process was really smooth!
