We also discussed my strengths and weaknesses. Finally, I had the chance to ask my own questions about the role and the company. Then we wrapped up.

Primo colloquio telefonico, poi subito incontro in presenza con il manager di riferimento (hanno saltato il secondo colloquio online). Mi hanno chiesto di andare a Milano in giornata, lasciandomi intendere una forte possibilità di assunzione, pur sapendo che non vivo in Lombardia (ero rientrata a casa per vacanze). Ho comunque preso il treno perché mi sembrava un’ottima occasione. Purtroppo, dopo l’incontro non ho ricevuto alcun riscontro, neanche dopo una mia mail di follow-up. L’esperienza mi è sembrata per nulla corretta, perché sarebbe bastato un breve feedback.

I had an initial interview in October 2024 with two HR people who were totally incompetent. In November, the Swiss contact person reached out to me and set up an interview with the Store Manager for early December. The interview with the SM lasted an hour. Despite asking for transparency, they didn't respond to my follow-up. This ghosting thing is becoming super common, even with people you'd expect to be professional and represent the company. It's embarrassing.

Ho fatto tre colloqui tra ottobre/novembre 2024 per un ruolo che inizialmente era uno stage ma è diventato un contratto a tempo determinato durante il processo. Ho avuto un colloquio conoscitivo, poi un colloquio tecnico, e infine un colloquio tecnico con il responsabile che includeva una prova di Excel. Ho inviato un'email di follow-up a dicembre ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta né feedback.
