So basically there are two rounds of interviews. First, you talk to one of the hiring managers. Then, you talk to one of the account managers. After that, there's a quiz to see what you know about the company and yourself.

I applied online and then got a call from HR for an interview. I drove 30 minutes to the interview, and it was annoying because I had to wait almost an hour past my scheduled time, along with others. The interview itself went okay. I couldn't find any info online about the company beforehand, which I thought was weird. So, during the interview, I asked Ryan what the job was about, and it turned out to be door-to-door DirecTV sales. I left, but they called me back that afternoon for a second interview. I figured I'd only go if it was salaried, and HR said yes. When I went back the next day, I found out it's not salaried at all; it's all commission-based door-to-door sales for DirecTV. I don't like companies that aren't upfront about that.

So, the company doesn't really detail what they do on their website, but it's door-to-door sales for Internet/Satellite TV services. The place seems like it could be cool to work at, but definitely check out the other reviews about pay and long hours before deciding. Personally, I'm not into door-to-door sales at all, so it's not for me. When I got there, a few other people were ahead of me, and they had music playing and the World Cup on TV in the lobby. The HR person at the front was super friendly and chatty. The office had a friendly vibe, but I'm unsure about the actual work, especially with sales targets and goals and the pressure on the sales team. I liked the friendly office atmosphere, I just wish it wasn't sales, particularly door-to-door.
