Basically, I was told I got the job and they asked for my documents to prepare the offer letter. I sent them right away. After that, I didn't hear anything about the offer letter or when I was supposed to start. I followed up a bunch, but no one got back to me. The actual interview part was fine, but it was a bummer and not really professional that they went silent after saying I was selected.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • There was an assessment related to product knowledge.
  • There was also a test for English communication skills.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. They sent over the topics to prepare for, like KPI, primary research, and secondary research, via email beforehand. Overall, it was easy, just make sure to study what they send you in the mail. That's all.

  • Could you explain what KPI is?
  • What do you understand by primary research?

So, first there was an introduction, then an assessment. They asked behavioural questions, and we had to interpret given images with text to see if they were relevant or not. We had to justify our answers with relevant justification. They also checked our thinking ability.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • In a given situation, what action would you take?
  • Can you justify whether the text in the provided images is relevant or not?
  • How would you approach a task that requires critical thinking?

I went through two stages: a phone call and then an HR interview. The offer letter took a while to get, and the HR team wasn't very helpful for new hires. I'd suggest looking elsewhere because of the company's unrealistic expectations, low pay, and bad work ethics.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Can you introduce yourself?
  • Could you tell me about your previous work experience?
  • What do you do in your free time (hobbies)?
