Inside Sales Representative
Zoom interview then follow up interview. I was late for the zoom and instantly got a text. Unsure of the legitimacy of the company however I have yet to have an actual interview after being late to the first zoom.
- Are you a type A or type B
Sales
This was the best interview I can remember. The management clearly understands sales and how to identify good sales professionals. They were professional but approachable, and they asked really good questions, which was a refreshing change.
- What is your primary motivation?
Sales Representative
I got there a little early and checked in on a tablet. The receptionist mentioned there were others waiting, but offered me coffee and a seat in the lobby. My first interview was short with basic screening questions, and the interviewer took notes from a form. I waited in the lobby again. Then, the manager interviewed me, which felt like the main interview. He was really nice and naturally brought up interview questions during our chat. He asked the usual questions at the end, and I also learned a lot about the company and him. They called me later that day to offer me the job.
- Describe a time you didn't meet a goal or objective and how you handled that failure.
