It is the worst experience I had with this company, I cleared all the rounds but worst part is - They asked me to come to office 2 times, 2nd time for HR round and - After 30 mins of talks about the company which is unnecessary , literally they offered me 1 lakh less than my CTC at that time. I clearily mentioned my expectations from starting itself. - Even HR delayed the whole process to complete from Nov to Jan. - After every round they won't respond to u even the response is positive, for every round we have to call them and make our arrangements for next round - They never hire for openings in a team, they will hire and then decide which team we have to go, so because of that reason they always look for people who joins for less pay or who are in vulnerable situation. - I enquired few members, they also had similar experience I appreciate if HR team learns giving value to candidate's/employee's time. Proceed only if you are able to meet the expectations or atleast come near to the expectations. I wasted my leaves 2 times for nothing which is very frustrating

Coding Behavioral Technical

First, there was an online hacker rank test with what seemed like one easy and one hard LeetCode-style question. Then, an on-site HR interview with basic behavioral questions. After that, a 2-hour on-site technical interview with some medium-level questions. Throughout the process, I was asked about referrals, which felt a bit odd, like a referral was mandatory. The interview space was cramped and noisy, with a small glass-enclosed area that felt suffocating. Finally, HR emailed about moving to background checks and reference checks with past/current managers/colleagues. It was frustrating to go through the reference hassle when it seemed they were prioritizing referred candidates, and doing background checks before even seeming close to hiring felt unprofessional.

Coding Technical Behavioral

I applied on their website and heard back about two weeks later. They had me do a Hackerrank test with two problems and a sixty-minute time limit. About a week after that, my on-site interview was set up. I met with the CTO and two other team members. They asked some basic Java and JavaScript questions, and then we moved on to a coding round. I had to explain how I solved the Hackerrank problems, and then they gave me another coding problem to solve. The interview wrapped up with some behavioral questions.
