The hiring process was pretty standard and set up well at first, but the employment contract had some seriously predatory clauses. The offer had a Training Services Agreement that locked you in for 3 years. If you quit or got fired for 'Cause' (which they defined to include 'substandard performance'), you had to pay back the training costs, and they charged $150.00 per hour. The training was just for their own software, not something valuable like a transferable license or a degree that would make that kind of debt make sense. On top of that, the Protective Agreement said you had to give them your passwords and allow forensic access to your personal devices when you left. When I asked them to get rid of these parts, management admitted in an email that they were 'irrelevant' to the job but still wouldn't change the contract. Since the contract says it overrides everything else, even email promises, I had to turn down the offer.

Behavioral

This interview felt more like a life coach sales pitch than anything. The salary they were offering was really low, and they said you're supposed to find errors for compensation, at a 1.5% rate. They also mentioned you are required to work for 3 years under a contract, which is a big no. When I asked a question about benefits, they dodged it and responded with a question, and actually laughed and made rude comments. Don't waste your time with them, they have low pay, weird contracts, and make insulting remarks.

It was pretty easy and felt repetitive. The entire thing spanned about 4 weeks, with some big gaps between stages. I spoke with a few different people, but they all asked the same kinds of things. They were a bit cagey about the actual contract, and didn't give any specifics on commissions or future salary.

After completing tests at home I went in for an interview during which the interviewer said the next step would be to meet with other team members. Then she never contacted me again and would not answer communications. This company is unprofessional.
