The interview process was pretty simple and straightforward, no issues. It really just depends on the college and the position you're applying for. They used Zoom for the interviews, so I'd suggest downloading and getting comfortable with it beforehand. Make sure to dress professionally and keep a professional demeanor throughout the interview.

After that, I had a final round with a panel including a case manager supervisor and other case managers from the region. The whole process was pretty straightforward and organized.
