I met with the Supervisor and Director on the first day. When I was leaving, they asked me to come back to meet with a physician. A few days later, I met with the admin staff. The next day, I got a call with an offer. I actually started as a Sr. Support Assistant and got promoted three times in five years. There's always room to grow there!

It was a quick process. I met with the hiring manager and their boss. The boss spent most of the time discussing their research, which didn't really give me a sense of the actual job duties. Despite that, I ended up with a lot of responsibility.

the interview process was long and tedious. You would get a call, answer some info, then wait up to three weeks for any response and it was just continuous until the hiring process actually finished.
