The interview process was just a phone interview, no in-person interviews. I guess this is understandable as this position shall have quite a few candidates.

It was a long and really bureaucratic process. I was recommended by a bunch of people, and I interviewed with over 15 people across 4 different "final" rounds. In the end, they didn't even have the courtesy to explain why they chose someone else. I'm glad I realized how bad the company culture is and found another offer. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how they treat employees. I'm also stopping my relationship with 3 doctors there.

There were several interviewers in each meeting. The questions were really good and made me think about my past experiences and how I handled management and leadership situations. I met some of the team members and frontline staff during the interviews. I also got to ask them questions.
