I had about 3 interviews with various people. The interviews were quite laid-back and not very challenging. The whole process dragged on, which was pretty disappointing. It feels like they don't really care about finding good candidates, and instead try to offer lower salaries to people who haven't put in as much effort.

The phone interview was very straightforward. Just sound really enthusiastic about the role. If you pass, you'll have a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager. Dress to impress because almost everyone is upper business casual. Be on time, this place runs like clockwork. Managers are very micromanagers and play favorites. Be prepared for corporate politics. Good job to work and keep your head down. Good Benefits. I would not recommend to someone from the corporate sector.

I interviewed with 2 people. The first manager asked me to review a financial statement and let her know what was wrong with it. I could not find anything wrong with it and she later told me that I should have noticed the large number added to revenues which represented funds transferred in from other divisions. This is a standard reporting method, and there was nothing incorrect with this report. The second manager, who was very pleasant, said that she would respond to me regarding timing of a second interview if I sent her an email. I sent her an email the the next day, along with a thank you note for the interview, but have not heard back since. It has now been 6 weeks.
