The interview process was straightforward and seemed to go quite well. I successfully passed the initial interviews and received an offer, though the proposed salary was unfortunately too low for me to accept. Despite not taking the job, I felt the interview itself was very successful, and I really liked the hiring manager.

So, my first interview went pretty well, and they set up a second and third interview for the same day. But, I kept getting emails saying the second interview was rescheduled. It actually got rescheduled three times before the final day. I logged into the Zoom call at the last confirmed time, and nobody showed up. I waited for 25 minutes, and still no one. I emailed the host to see if they were joining or if it was rescheduled again. No response. So, I just left. A week later, I got an email saying the third interview was canceled. I emailed the people who interviewed me the first time... but they didn't reply. They just left me hanging with no explanation. It really threw me off at first because I'd never been through anything like that. But now, I'm actually glad it happened. It showed me their communication style, which would probably be pretty bad in a work setting, especially for someone new. So, thank goodness for that.

I applied on the company website as an internal candidate for a different department. HR contacted me and I had my first interview with the department manager about 4 weeks later. About a week after that, I was called back for interviews with three doctors I would be working with. These interviews were split over two days, lasting about 10-15 minutes each. Three days after that, they called to confirm they thought it was a good match. I moved to the new department five weeks later, after my old department arranged a longer notice period with the other office. HR is aware of my performance ratings, which helped.
