Registered Nurse
It's pretty standard, really. You'll chat with a recruiter first, then they'll bring you in to talk with a bunch of managers. Sometimes, they even have team leads or floor staff join in so they can give their thoughts after.
- Tell me about a time you had to resolve a conflict. How did you go about it?
- Looking back, what would you have done differently in that situation?
- In what ways could you have managed that conflict resolution more effectively?
Desktop Support Coordinator
They asked typical questions about Apple Administration and Azure Administration, knowing I'd worked in this role for two years before the position opened up. Then they just ghosted me on the decision, even though I work in the same IT department. I later found out they hired someone I trained who had less experience.

CNA
I got a call for an interview that included standard questions, and we talked about pay and work hours. A few weeks later, I was contacted for an interview with a nursing manager, and I did a job shadow. That day, I met with two nursing managers and had a peer interview. After a couple more weeks, I received a job offer from one of the managers and was scheduled for a drug screen, blood test, and some paperwork. It's been about three weeks, and I know my screening was clear because I don't do those things. I emailed my recruiter but haven't heard back in a week. Orientation is in about 2.5 weeks. Should I be worried?
- What would you do if a friend or family member you know was hospitalized and other family members started asking you for details about their condition?
CNA
The whole thing took about a month. I had an in-person interview and then had to go back for a second one on the same day as my drug screen. After that, I was supposed to start a two-week orientation. But because of a mistake HR made, I had to wait through the entire orientation period and couldn't work for 2 weeks. They also said they'd train me as a Med-Tech, but that never happened.
- Can you describe yourself using only three words?
