The process didn't take long. They'll call you and let you know they want to move you forward. The first interview is a group session, which will happen 1-2 weeks later. Then they'll do a few more group sessions with all your colleagues a month or two prior.

I got referred by a friend of a friend. First, I had a phone screen with my potential boss. Then, they flew me to NY. My flight was late, so they let me come the next day and even sent a car to pick me up from LGA. The interview itself was with a few younger folks, not my direct reports, so I'm not sure why they were involved. One of them seemed to think I was odd because I got super excited about seeing the Davis Cup display in the lobby and wanted to check it out. I mean, the DAVIS CUP! If you're a tennis fan and that doesn't get you hyped, we can't work together. :P In the end, I decided I didn't want to relocate to NY.

I registered online for their open job fair day and checked in twice upon arrival. Then I waited over 3 1/2 hours in the stands with a large group of people. The line system was bad and the staff was moody. They eventually turned it into group interviews of 10-12 people, which was more like asking about position preferences again and promising a follow-up interview that never happened. I tried to follow up, but got no response.

The interview process started off well but ended poorly. The interviewers discussed other candidates and why they didn't like them during my interview. I was told my final step would be a phone screening and that the interviewers enjoyed our conversation. I followed up and didn't hear back for over a week. When they finally responded, they said they hired someone they had previously rejected because they were short on time. They also mentioned I lacked the required experience, even though I had a similar role in tennis previously. The company's disorganization was apparent. It's a laid-back environment, which is a plus. I wouldn't recommend them to friends.
