I interviewed with a district manager who could hire me right away. He was nice and funny. But looking back, I didn't like that he lied to me. I asked why they were hiring so many people (60-80) in just a couple of months, what the retention rate was, and how flexible the work schedule is. His answers seemed okay then, but after working there, I realized it wasn't the truth. It's frustrating to be lied to just to fill a spot with unqualified people to meet labor numbers.

The process was quick and easy. You can submit an application or come to our regular job fairs. We do a phone interview first, usually within about 5 business days. If you qualify, we'll have you come in for a face-to-face interview. Everyone who applies is a potential hire, and we don't discriminate.

It wasn't a super long process. Standard interview questions were asked. I still haven't heard back after two months. I've called the office multiple times, and they said they'd get back to me but never did. I emailed corporate about the interview, and they're looking into it.
