Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at USI Insurance Services.
Account Representative
It was pretty standard for an entry level job, with multiple interviews, maybe around 3 calls. I eventually interviewed with the C-suite and some other coaches who are involved in the role.
- What is your work ethic?
Account Representative
The interview process was very straightforward. First, there was a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview, and finally an interview with the person who would be my future manager. Everything was streamlined, and I never felt left in the dark without answers.
- How do you approach teamwork and managing multiple tasks simultaneously?
Account Representative
The recruiter reached out to me, and the interview process moved really fast. My interview was set for about a week after our initial chat. I got an offer just a few days after that. The interview itself wasn't too long and I met with all the hiring managers at once. They were all really respectful, sincere, and pleasant to talk to. Honestly, it was one of the best interviews I've ever had.
- Tell me about your relevant experience.
- Can you answer some behavioral questions?
